I’m afraid I only know that my grandmother and Charles A. Sisco were married in Dayton, Oh. Family story is that he was adopted and that his birth name may be Delaney.
Most of my folks came up from New Orleans and settled in Northern Arkansas/ Southern Missouri. But there are Siscos all over, and we’d probably claim him.
